Join the Adventure Cooperative!

The Adventure Cooperative is built by adventurers like you.  As you share your personal passion, location and gear recommendations, other like minded individuals will benefit.  How many times have you gone out on an adventure and wished you would have done something a little bit different?  How many times have you told your adventure story to friends and family and wished they would experience it as you have?  Now is your chance to share your passion.    Follow the steps under ‘CONTRIBUTE‘, seen on the left.

You can also help us by giving back.  We have had the pleasure of exploring the richness of many countries such as Costa Rica and want to preserve it for generations to come.  Proceeds from Adventure Cooperative advertising and partner revenue will be donated to non-profit organizations committed to sustaining environments that make these adventures possible.  Your posts will help drive traffic and awareness.  In turn, those who are top contributors will be able to define which non-profits they would like to see our donations benefit.

As you contribute to the Adventure Cooperative you have the ability to categorize your posts by “Adventure” and “Location”.   While there are a few initial options for you to select, you will likely not find the particular category that best describes you post.  Don’t worry!  Once you finish with your post and submit it, the moderators of this site will review it for content and add the appropriate categories.  However, please make sure that you reference which country and adventure you experienced in the body of the post.

Things to consider:

• Contribute as many unique experiences as you would like; adventure can be in your backyard or in a distant location.
• Since many of these posts are adventure travel related, be specific on what you packed,  wish you wouldn’t have packed, and should have packed.  Make it easier for the next adventurer.
• Share some stunning pictures and video if you have them.
• If you are looking for additional help, check out this – great docs and helpful hints as you add your posts.
• Don’t forget to add plenty of tags to your post to help search engines fine your content.
